This ever-popular concert by one of England's finest singer/songwriters continues to delight audiences year on year. An evening of hope, joy, nostalgia and poignancy, perfect for the reflective Christmas season and a delightful way to drive the cold winter away.
Take a dash of well-written lyrics of integrity, add in some marvellous musicality from three multi-talented artists and season with original songs and a pure voice to touch hearts. A rich mix of songs and readings provide an evening to treasure for everyone, evoking festive memories, warm nostalgia and some rustic country customs along the way.

With material from three albums - 'Keep The Flame' ,'A Country Christmas', 'West Country Christmas' and an anthology , JOHNNY COPPIN, one of England's finest singer/songwriters, presents a rich mix of traditional carols and new songs . Johnny's songs and music are unique. Infused with the gentle true spirit of of peace , stillness and hope for the future, they come always straight from the most important place, the heart.
Johnny is well known for his work with the band Decameron . His solo albums include Edge of Day with writer and poet Laurie Lee., Force of the River, Winding Stair, and the latest CD Breaking the Silence with Mike Silver.

Joining Johnny for All on a Winter's Night will be multi-talented musicians PAUL BURGESS (violins and recorders), and MICK DOLAN (guitars).
Together with tales, superstitions,folklore and stunning Winter images by acclaimed photographer Martin Fry, this concert conjures up a world of snow-covered hills and villages, carol-singers, mummers and hand-bell ringers. A timeless place of legends and ghost stories where Yule logs burn and candles flicker. Whatever Christmas represents to you, there is something for everyone to enjoy and ponder on.
