Disability access

We welcome people with disabilities and are committed to ensuring that your visit is easy, enjoyable and straight-forward. We have level access to the main foyer, an adapted toilet on each floor and an infra red system for the hard of hearing. Wheelchair spaces can be made available in the auditorium on the ground floor and in the galleries via lift access. If you require a wheelchair space or any special access, please book over the telephone and make your requirements known when booking.

Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm
And for one hour prior to each performance

Concessionary ticket prices for all events are in brackets and apply to children under 16, students in full-time education, senior citizens (over 60), registered disabled and those on benefits unless otherwise stated. Proof of eligibility is required.

Refunds

Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled. There is a £3 administration change per transaction for ticket exchanges.

Latecomers

Latecomers may have to wait for a break in the performance to be seated.
