Improve your fitness and body awareness whilst having fun with a combination of aerobic and body conditioning exercises; followed by a variety of expressive dance sequences to learn and master at your own pace that will be changed regularly to keep us on our toes! Foot wear not necessary but feel free to wear soft trainers or jazz shoes that won't hinder turns and bring a bottle of water.
Suitable for ages 18+
