Artrix events programme postponed from Tuesday 17 March

In light of the government's latest announcement advising people to avoid non-essential social contact, and specifying that they should avoid theatres amongst other businesses, we have taken the difficult to decision to postpone all events and close the building with immediate effect.

If you have pre-booked tickets we will be rescheduling events wherever possible and will transfer tickets that have already been booked to the new dates. If you can no longer make it, or if we are unable to reschedule, refunds will be issued.

However, this unprecedented situation will put arts charities like Artrix under a lot of financial pressure. We would be very grateful if you would consider donating some or all your ticket money or accepting a refund in the form of an Artrix gift voucher to help us continue to provide an exciting programme for our community.

We are initially focused on dealing with events, classes and activities scheduled in the next two weeks and will be issuing updates on a weekly basis after that.

Bookings for future events are still available on our website We expect phone lines to be very busy at this time so if you have any queries you can also email us on and we will respond as soon as possible.

**PLEASE NOTE: Tuesday 17 - Friday 20 March we will operate reduced Box Office hours of 9.30am - 5pm. The Box Office will be closed in the evenings and at the weekend.**
