This course is for beginners and beyond, learning moves that will build in to a beautiful choreography. Whether you are a complete beginner or an improver, you’ll love what your body will achieve.

Belly dance is an ancient art form that although low impact, builds core strength, increases flexibility and tones your body through dynamic shimmies and hip drops, to gentle mesmerising fluid undulations.
