How To Book
Online booking is available for most performances, workshops and events, via this website. Online booking is secure, straightforward and available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. You can use our online booking system to choose your own seats (where reserved seating is applicable) and can choose to have your tickets posted to you (subject to time restrictions) or to collect them from the Box Office.
To use our online booking system, simply navigate to the show or event you would like to book for, and click on the 'Book' button.

Normal Artrix Box Office opening times are:
Monday to Friday: 9:30am – 2pm and 6pm - 8:30pm
Saturday: 10am – 2pm and 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Sunday: one hour before ticketed events

Please note: There is a £2.00 booking fee per sale on tickets over £8.00 and a £2.00 postage charge for applicable bookings.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Concessionary tickets are available for many events. Prices are shown in brackets and apply to children under 16, students in full-time education, senior citizens over 60, registered disabled and those on benefits unless otherwise stated. Proof of eligibility is required.
Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled. In this instance, the cost of the tickets will be refunded; any booking or postage fees cannot be refunded.
