''an enjoyable exercise-based class that increases flexibility and strength and improves balance''
Chance to Dance, led by Dancefest, is for anyone aged 55 and over. It’s for both men and women and is an enjoyable exercise-based class that increases flexibility and strength and improves balance. It uses a range of music from the past and present and is a social way to take gentle exercise and get fit while having fun. The class is led by experienced dance teacher Marie Oldaker.
Dancefest exists to enable anyone to experience the joy of dance. Their work is about joining in – they run over 30 weekly classes for all ages across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, have three youth companies, lead projects in schools, colleges and universities as well as in community settings, such as residential homes.
