Led by Ruth Jacombs. Wednesday 1-2pm
Improve your fitness and body awareness whilst having fun! Dance Fit is a combination of aerobic and body conditioning exercises; followed by a variety of expressive dance sequences to learn and master at your own pace.
Footwear not necessary but feel free to wear soft trainers or jazz shoes that won't hinder turns - and bring a bottle of water.
Suitable for ages 18+
