Speaking in Public
Led by Madeline Goold
The ability to speak well in public is a major social asset and increasingly a prerequisite for advancement at work. Whether your requirements are business or professional, social or charitable; whether you need help with an interview or work seminar, with chairmanship skills or a lecture, a wedding speech or eulogy, a simple welcome or a vote of thanks, the Artrix public speaking workshop will help you to speak effectively and with confidence.
Madeline Goold has been speaking in public for more than thirty years during a career in law, business, and the arts: for twelve years as chairman of a housing association and twenty years as bench chairman of a busy magistrates’ court. She has taught people of all ages, and as a successful author has broadcast on radio in the UK and North America. She is an accredited lecturer for the Arts Society (formerly NADFAS - the National Association of Fine Arts Society), and is a London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) Gold Medalist with Distinction in Public Speaking.
